1. THE AMBROSIA FRESHNESS GUARANTEE (Processing Time)
Unlike mass-produced supplements that sit on warehouse shelves for months, AMBROSIA products are bottled "on-demand" to ensure maximum ingredient potency and freshness.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, bottled, and quality-checked before it leaves our facility.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

3. SHIPPING COSTS
We believe premium fuel should be accessible. That’s why we are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has been crafted and processed (3-5 business days), estimated shipping times are:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

Total Estimated Time: You can expect your "Fuel of the Gods" to arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the first scan.

If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of your purchase, please reach out to us at

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We want to ensure your fuel reaches you safely.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us. we will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will send a complimentary replacement.

Delivered but Missing: AMBROSIA is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen from your property. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a PO Box if your delivery area is unsecure.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURN TO SENDER
Please double-check your shipping address (including Apartment or Suite numbers) during checkout.

AMBROSIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the re-shipping label.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged (broken seal, leaking, or crushed), we will make it right!

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

Contact us within 21 days at

Do not discard the items until our team confirms your replacement. We will ship your replacement free of charge.
