Privacy policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

ARCHEON LLC (d/b/a AMBROSIA), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). We are the controller responsible for your personal information.

AMBROSIA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR PROCESS

When we use the term "personal information," we are referring to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person. Personal information does not include information that is collected anonymously or that has been de-identified.

We may collect or process the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact details — name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Payment information — transaction details, payment confirmation, and the last four digits and expiry date of your payment card. If you sign up for a recurring order, a secure payment token is stored by our payment processor to allow future charges. We do not collect, store or have access to your full payment card number. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors.
  • Account information — username, password, preferences.
  • Transaction information — items viewed, cart contents, purchase history, communications about your order.
  • Communications — information you include in emails, contact forms or support requests.
  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and identifiers, and browsing behaviour on our site.

2. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND SESSION RECORDING

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and deliver advertising.

Analytics and session replay. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay. This helps us improve the site, detect fraud, and market our products. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Advertising. We use advertising and measurement technologies provided by third-party platforms, which may include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google, to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on those platforms.

Managing cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site, and at any time through your browser settings. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Providing the Services — processing payments, fulfilling orders, arranging shipping, managing your account, managing any recurring order or subscription you set up, and handling replacements and store credit.
  • Marketing and advertising — sending promotional communications by email and SMS, showing online advertisements, and personalising your shopping experience.
  • Security and fraud prevention — authenticating your account, detecting fraudulent activity, and securing our platform.
  • Communication — providing customer support and responding to enquiries.
  • Legal compliance — complying with applicable laws, responding to legal requests, and enforcing our terms.

4. EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING

Email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us. You will continue to receive transactional messages relating to your orders.

SMS. By consenting to AMBROSIA's SMS marketing at checkout and initiating a purchase, or by subscribing through our subscription tools where available, you agree to receive recurring text notifications about your order, including abandoned checkout reminders, as well as text marketing offers and transactional texts including review requests — even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

  • Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or use the unsubscribe link provided.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or email team@ambrosia-fuel.com.

5. RECURRING ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where you set up a recurring order, we retain the information needed to fulfil it — your delivery details, your chosen products and frequency, and a secure payment token held by our payment processor.

You can view, pause, change the frequency of, or cancel a recurring order at any time from your customer account, or by emailing team@ambrosia-fuel.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. The commercial terms of recurring orders are set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform provider (hosting, checkout, payment processing).
  • Service providers — our fulfilment partner (Supliful), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), payment processors, our subscription management provider where you have set up a recurring order, email and SMS providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners.
  • Legal compliance — where required by law, subpoena, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain US state privacy laws. See Section 9 for how to opt out.

7. CHILDREN'S DATA

The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. Dietary supplements are not intended for use by anyone under 18 without medical supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at team@ambrosia-fuel.com and we will delete it.

8. SECURITY AND RETENTION

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. Please be aware that no security measure is perfect and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In practice:

  • Order and transaction records — retained for at least 7 years, to satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements.
  • Marketing contact details — retained until you unsubscribe, then suppressed to honour your opt-out.
  • Recurring order details — retained for as long as the recurring order is active, and afterwards within the order record above.
  • Analytics and session data — retained according to the retention period of the provider concerned.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live — including California and other US states, the United Kingdom, and the EEA — you may have the right to:

  • Access / know — request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Delete — request that we delete your personal information
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate information
  • Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt out — opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights

How to exercise your rights

To opt out of targeted advertising, use either of the following:

  • the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of this website, which appears where state law provides this right
  • a browser or extension that transmits the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honour automatically

For all other rights, email team@ambrosia-fuel.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting — usually by asking you to confirm information associated with your account or a recent order.

We respond to requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how long we expect to take.

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorisation.

If we decline your request

If we decline a request in whole or in part, we will explain why. You may appeal that decision by replying to our response with the subject line Privacy Appeal. We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

10. EUROPEAN UNION (GDPR) AND UK RESIDENTS

We do not currently sell or ship outside the United States. However, if you reside in the EEA or the UK and visit our website, this section applies to you.

In addition to the rights above, you have the right to object to processing, to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Where we process your personal information, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to process an order), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, improving the Services), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

Your data may be transferred outside the EEA or UK, including to the United States and Canada, relying on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
